Citizens for Affordable Rates (CAR) is a coalition of concerned citizens, advocates, and organizations united in the fight for fair and equitable insurance rates. Our mission is to tackle the root causes of exorbitant premiums, drive meaningful reforms, and create a more affordable and dependable insurance system for all New Yorkers.
